facilities
Ranch House
(for up to 12 guests):
(for up to 12 guests): Two Bedrooms with queen size bed. One Large
Bedroom with 3 full size beds. One Queen Sofa Sleeper in front
room. Small game and play room downstairs with Fooze Ball table.
(no sleeping in basement). Outside includes a gas grill, 3
picnic tables, fire pit and private volleyball. Other entities
include satellite TV., phone, TV., VCR, DVD, iron, dishes and more. Bring your own
pool towels. Swimming is not included in rental rate. Extra
guest fee charged for more than 12 guests. We cannot allow
more than 3 extra guests sleeping in the house.
Tents may be pitched on the lawn but the tent fee is charged.
We only put enough house supplies for twelve guests. Please
bring extra if you have extra guests tenting on the lawn.
Ranch House rental includes up to 3 vehicles with up to twelve
guests only. |

Three Yurts, Three Small Cabins
and Three Medium Cabins with kitchen. (for up to 4 guests each):
All units include one queen size bed, futon, TV, DVD player,
air-conditioning, coffee maker and microwave. Bring your own
pool towels and personal items. Yurts and small cabins have a VCR
player. Medium cabins include kitchen dishes, pans,
stove and other kitchen items. No television reception is
available in the cabins or yurts. Yurts share a common Yurt
restroom. The small cabins have their own private restroom
with shower.
Medium cabins have a shower and tub combination in their bathroom.
